| 1. Telephone connection/account.
Should you wish to install a telephone we will assist with the
completion of the documentation and submission of the papers to the
OTE, (national telephone organisation), installation and testing of
the equipment. |

| 2. Insurance.
Should you require insurance on the buildings and/or contents of
your property, we can arrange cover through a reputable Insurance
company and have the annual premium paid on your behalf. The same can
be arranged for a motor vehicle which is based on Corfu. |
|
| 3. Water and Electricity.
If you require a connection to your property for water and
electricity we will assist with the completion of the necessary
documentation, submission to the relevant department and ensure that
the connection is operational. |
|
4. Taxation.
- It is necessary for all property owners in Greece to complete and
submit a Tax Declaration. This declaration is usually done at the
beginning of each year and is submitted to local authorities if you
are a Greek National or to the Tax Office in Athens if you are a
non-Greek.
- Will arrange for the submission of this Declaration on your behalf
via the offices of a reputable accountant.

5. Obtaining a Tax number.
In
order to purchase a fixed property or a car and for many other reasons,
you will need a Tax number. We can arrange this for you. |

6. Pre-Holiday Service.
Should you
require that your holiday home is cleaned, refrigerator and geyser
turned on and lights checked, prior to your arrival, this can be arranged. |

7. Swimming Pool Service.
We
can arrange to have your swimming pool cleaned on a quarterly or monthly basis. (for
more regular service and pool chemical maintenance an additional fee will be levied) |

8. General.
- Should you require your garden serviced we will assist in arranging
this and checking that the work has been done satisfactorily.
- After unusually bad weather we will check if any damage has occurred
and arrange for repairs if necessary.
- Should you wish to purchase a motor vehicle we can make
recommendations and assist with paperwork. It should be noted that the
paperwork for non-Greeks differs to those of Greek nationals.
- Should you require the services of an Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter,
Painter or a TV/Satellite Technician, we are able to make recommendations
and ensure that work is carried out satisfactorily.
