Our Fee Structures
Building Project Management Our basic fee is 5% of the building contract value with a maximum contract period of 24 months. Amendments to this basic fee and period are negotiable depending on individual requirements.                Please contact us for further detail.
Property Management Services a) Our annual registration fee is €270  per property. This includes-:
(a) access to "on call" service
(b) arranging payment on your behalf of water, electricity, telephone and any insurance renewals. Registration Application

b) CPMS management time is charged at €55 per hour

c) Outsourced services utilised will be charged as per the service provider plus a 10% CPMS fee.

d) Fixed Fees.  Wherever possible a fixed one off fee will be charged for a particular function. For example, "Obtaining a Tax number - €85  ". Please see our Schedule of Fixed Fees.

 
Rent Management

Rental Management for permanent rentals is subject to a fee of 10% of rental income.
